RRB ALP CEN 01/2026 CBT 1 is tentatively scheduled for 3–5 November 2026. The official notice dated 21 September 2026 states that city information will be available 10 days before the examination and e-call letters four days before the date shown in the city slip. Reviewed 4 October 2026.
Which ALP recruitment cycle applies?
| Recruitment | Stage |
|---|---|
| CEN 01/2026 | Upcoming CBT 1; tentative 3–5 November 2026 |
| CEN 01/2025 | Older cycle; Chandigarh published CBT 2 result on 1 October 2026 |
For the older cycle, use the RRB Chandigarh notice board and your own board’s result instructions. A result in one recruitment does not release an admit card for another.
City slip versus e-call letter
The city slip helps you plan travel. The admission document is the e-call letter issued for your examination. Calculate the download window from your own allotted date; the first day of a multi-day examination is not every candidate’s date. The notice’s timing is a release rule, not proof that your login is already active.
How to download your ALP call letter
- Start from the official RRB portal and select your board.
- Match CEN 01/2026 and CBT 1 before opening the candidate link.
- Use the credentials requested on the official login page.
- Read your date, shift, centre, reporting time and identification instructions.
- Save and print a readable copy, with an offline backup.
Identity checks and examination-day preparation
The notice describes Aadhaar-linked biometric authentication and asks candidates to bring Aadhaar or a printout of e-verified Aadhaar. Read the complete identity instructions, including the advice about Aadhaar status, photograph and details. Follow later corrections and your own call letter.
If the link does not work
First check the recruitment number and whether your download window has opened. Use the help route published by your RRB for unresolved details. Do not send passwords, OTPs or identity documents to unofficial social-media accounts.

Can the dates change?
Yes. The schedule is tentative. Recheck your board’s notices before travel.
