Indian Coast Guard Exam Pattern 2026

  • 1.6 km run to be completed in 7 minutes
  • 20 squat-ups (Uthak Baithak)
  • 10 push-ups

The PFT is qualifying in nature. During document verification, candidates must present original documents like mark sheets, photo ID, caste certificates, etc. The initial medical exam determines whether a candidate is fit, temporarily unfit, or permanently unfit. If deemed unfit, candidates can appeal within 21 days for permanent unfitness or 42 days for temporary unfitness.
